CRGS Team-Building Sample Programs

Half-Day Sessions

Half-day sessions may begin at 8:00 A.M. or 1:00 P.M. to meet the needs of the client. Sessions will focus on activities and techniques that inspire teamwork and cooperation by teaching participants to think "outside the box" and improvise to accomplish assigned tasks. Both land-based and water-based activities will be incorporated in a refreshing, recreational format that encourages individual involvement and group effort for successful completion of assigned tasks. A sample agenda is as follows:

Full-Day Sessions

Full-day sessions begin at 8:00 A.M. and end at 4:00 P.M. Sessions will focus on activities and techniques that inspire teamwork and cooperation by teaching participants to think "outside the box" and improvise to accomplish assigned tasks. Both land-based and water-based activities will be incorporated in a refreshing, recreational format that encourages individual involvement and group effort for successful completion of assigned tasks. 2-Day Sessions

Depending upon location, weather, river conditions, availability of services and other factors this program can either include a downriver raft and/or canoe trip with camping along the river, or a base camp trip where camping gear is not carried downriver. On either trip part of the program will include participation in setting up camp, preparing and serving meals and cleaning up after the meals. Evenings can be spent as leisure time or group activities can be included as part of the team-building instruction.

		Base Rates - $350 to $500 per person ¹

¹ Per person rates are based upon a minimum group size of 10 participants and vary according to location and types of services required. Accommodations in cabins or a lodge cost more than tent cmping. Use of indoor meeting facilities with water and electric service cost more than open-air facilities. All services on very popular rivers such as the Lower Guadalupe River in Texas or the Buffalo National River in Arkansas have costs for most services that are higher than for other river locations. Accommodations and meeting facilities fees are usually higher during the popular season between April 1 and Labor Day. Actual per person cost will be calculated based upon group size, location and services needed. Discounts may apply for groups of 20 or more.
